The one-bedroom rental price includes 2 adults.  If your party is greater than this please get preapproval.  Extra adult (13 years old and up) is $15.00/day.  Extra Child (under 12 years old) $5.00/day.

Casa Mision

Casa Mision is a two-bedroom house with air conditioning, internet, TV, one bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a sofa bed in the living room, and large closets for storage. There is a bar area with space for a computer.  The house rental price includes 2 adults and two children under 12 with no extra charge. If your party is greater than this please get preapproval.  Extra adult (13 years old and up) is $15.00/day.  Extra Child (under 12 years old) $5.00/day.

Casa Colina

Casa Colina is the combination of the large common area (this area also has 2 sofa beds) with the big kitchen and pool table, plus 4 bedrooms.  3 of the bedrooms have a queen bed with shower, the smaller bedroom has a double bed and a toilet and sink.  This is intended for a large group or family to stay. The package consists of the Main Building with large kitchen, loft, and pool table, and 4 suites.  Colina can sleep 3 couples, a single, along with 2 sofa beds in the main building.  There is also the option of renting an additional 2 large casitas if a big group/family wants to rent the entire property.  The Colina rental price includes 5 adults and two children under 12 with no extra charge. If your party is greater than this please get preapproval. Extra adult (13 years old and up) is $15.00/day.  Extra Child (under 12 years old) $5.00/day.
